• Partner with executive and senior leadership to translate business strategy into actionable HR initiatives

• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design efforts

• Provide strategic guidance on talent management, leadership development, and performance optimization

• Drive change management initiatives related to growth, restructuring, digital transformation, or cultural evolution

• Use HR analytics and business insights to influence decision-making and measure impact

• Ensure consistent application of HR policies while balancing risk management and business needs

 


• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field• MBA is a plus• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HRBP or strategic HR leadership roles• Strong understanding of employment law, organizational development, and change management• Ability to influence, challenge, and coach senior leaders• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills• High level of integrity and discretion• Excellent Command Of English
