ACCOUNT DIRECTOR JOB VACANCY (Retail POSM)
Brand Aid is a vertically integrated marketing Agency and a Production House that designs & produces all BTL activities, Events, Exhibitions and In-store visibility POSM. Since 2006 the company has been designing and producing customized and sparking marketing solutions with the goal to lead the sector in the region.
Brand Aid operates in GCC and Levant to cover Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Dubai.
In order to foster our positioning, we are HIRING Account Director to join our team in EGYPT. Candidates are kindly requested to read through the qualifications and expected duties hereunder before applying.
Main Scope: In-store product Displays, Retail Point-of-sale-materials (POSM) and Smart marketing Solutions.
Workplace: Operating at the Production House (Factory).

Responsibilities:
Cater and help manage clients’ accounts across different industries. Lead weekly status calls, communicate and coordinate all projects’ details with clients and debrief the Operation, Studio and Technical teams. In addition to working closely with Account Director to generate genuine and selling proposals related to Point-of-Sale-Materials and retail displays.
Job Duties:§ Explore and solicit new business opportunities in the aim to secure new revenue streams.§ Build new business relationships using existing industry contacts, and social platforms.§ Lead frequent meetings with existing clients for business reviews, and to maintain constructive rapport.§ Monitor performance and track sales targets in line with corporate objectives.§ Help develop the Client Servicing team skillset to enhance project brief content, ensure compliance to guidelines and to improve presentation skills during project pitches.§ Motivate and lead the Client Servicing teams to explore information and have an instinctual curiosity about design trends in on-ground activation ideas, customer engagement initiatives and experiential marketing.§ Assist Senior Account Managers in project pitches to ensure all objectives and parameters are triggered.§ Oversee all project financials pertaining to budget ceiling versus cost and determine P/L indicators.§ Monitor quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all projects to ensure customer commitments are met through active follow-ups.§ Follow academic and practical approaches to guide the Client Servicing team with great flexibility.§ Report both team and projects performances to Head of Client Serving and Top Management
Strategy:An Account Director looks at a client's business with a broader view of its industry and competition and then marrying that analysis with communications techniques. It's about bringing your communications expertise to the specific objectives of the business. It's about bringing new thinking that works within the realities of your client's brand and budget formulated through business strategy.
Effective Internal Communications:Being an Account Director, you will be responsible for identifying the needs of the Client Servicing teams by asking pertinent questions and listening attentively to their requirements. It is critical that all communications are concise, clear and constructive.
Relationship Building:Relationship building is a need that every agency points out, however, you need to define what taking care of the client really means. We should anticipate problems vs. simply reacting and help internal teams navigate and solve.
