Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Fresh Agent located in New Cairo. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, handling client inquiries, organizing property showings, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. Fresh Agents will also be responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships with clients while staying updated on the latest real estate market trends. No prior experience is needed, as full training will be provided to help you succeed in this exciting role.
Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist clients and develop relationships Willingness to learn and adapt, with a proactive attitude toward training and development Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software tools relevant to the role Familiarity with the New Cairo real estate market is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a bonus
