We are looking for a strong Media Buyer who can also manage the Social Media Department.
This is a hands-on + leadership role, not just posting or boosting.


You will be responsible for:
Paid ads performance
Social media strategy & direction
Managing content and growth for TV programs, media personalities, sponsorships, and B2B clients

🎯 Responsibilities
Media Buying & Performance
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Lead lead generation, branding, and conversion campaigns
Build and test audiences (Custom, Lookalike, Interest-based, Advantage+)
Analyze performance (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM)
Manage monthly budgets and scaling strategies
Continuous A/B testing (creatives, copies, audiences)


👨‍💼Social Media Management
Lead and manage the Social Media Department
Set monthly content strategies aligned with business goals
Supervise content creation (Reels, Posts, Stories)
Coordinate with design, video, content, and sales teams
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Monitor competitors and market trends


🧠 Requirements
3+ years experience in Media Buying (Meta Ads)
Previous experience as Social Media Manager or Team Lead
Strong understanding of sales funnels & lead quality
Experience in media, advertising, real estate, or service-based businesses
Data-driven mindset (numbers first, opinions second)
Leadership & communication skills
Organized, committed, and growth-oriented

Experience with B2B campaigns
Understanding of TV & media business
Previous work with high-ticket services
CRM knowledge or lead follow-up awareness
Experience managing influencers or media personalities
