Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, generating leads, and meeting sales targets. Tasks include consulting with clients to understand their needs, presenting tailored solutions, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Specialist will also engage in maintaining and improving sales processes, coordinating with the sales team, and providing feedback for strategic planning.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships effectively. Proficiency in Sales and Training to engage customers, present products, and educate clients effectively about services. Experience in Sales Management to develop strategies that meet sales targets and drive team performance. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and manage time efficiently in a dynamic work environment. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and a results-driven approach with attention to customer needs. Previous experience in logistics or a related field is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
