Position: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and highly experienced Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the entire Human Capital function across Summit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the company's people strategy, driving organizational development, ensuring HR excellence, and building a strong, sustainable culture aligned with our business goals. This role is critical in supporting the CEO, Executive Team, and all department heads by ensuring that HR policies, talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational structures enable the company to grow efficiently and operate at world-class standards.???? Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership • Develop and execute the HR strategy, aligned fully with company objectives and future expansion plans. • Act as a key advisor to the CEO and Board on all people-related decisions. • Lead and oversee HR transformation, digitalization, policy development, and governance. Organizational Development & Culture Building • Design and implement OD frameworks, organizational restructuring, and capacity-building programs. • Drive culture initiatives that enhance communication, engagement, productivity, and employee satisfaction. • Lead change management initiatives and build a strong performance-driven culture. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning • Set recruitment strategy and oversee executive and critical hiring. • Build a talent pipeline, succession plans, and leadership development programs. • Ensure strong employer branding and recruitment efficiency. Compensation, Benefits & Performance Management • Develop job grading structures, salary scales, and compensation frameworks. • Lead annual performance management cycles (KPIs, OKRs, competencies). • Establish reward systems, incentives, and retention programs aligned with business goals. HR Operations & Compliance • Oversee contracts, attendance, HR systems, payroll accuracy, and personnel matters. • Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, regulations, and internal HR policies. • Implement and oversee HRIS and digital tools to enhance HR efficiency. Employee Relations & Engagement • Foster a healthy work environment and strong employee relationships. • Lead employee engagement surveys and implement action plans. • Oversee grievance handling, investigations, and disciplinary procedures. Training & Development • Develop learning and development strategies for all levels of the organization. • Build leadership training programs and oversee training budget allocations. • Monitor training effectiveness and competency development across departments. Executive Reporting & HR Analytics • Prepare monthly HR dashboards, KPIs, and strategic reports for the CEO and Board. • Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, time-to-hire, cost per hire, and engagement scores. • Drive decisions using data-driven HR analytics. Additional Executive Duties • Lead HR budget planning and vendor management (training, HRIS, recruitment). • Oversee HR audits, compliance checks, and internal governance. • Support organizational expansion, mergers, talent restructuring, and new business setups.???? Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. • MBA, CIPD, SHRM, or HR certification is highly preferred. • 12–20+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. • Strong experience in organizational development, culture transformation, and HR strategy. • Deep knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and HR best practices. • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work at executive level, lead change, and make strategic decisions. • Professional, ethical, confidential, and business-oriented.⏱ Work Conditions• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Days Off: Friday & Saturday • Location: Salah Salem, Cairo, Egypt????
