About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Asset Management Specialist to oversee the full lifecycle of company assets, ensure accurate tracking, and support financial, operational, and compliance objectives. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with asset tracking systems, and the ability to manage both physical and digital assets efficiently. Key Responsibilities Maintain an accurate inventory of all company assets (hardware, software, equipment, facilities, etc.). Track asset lifecycle stages: acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal. Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of asset records. Ensure compliance with company policies, financial standards, and audit requirements. Coordinate with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to improve asset utilization. Manage asset tagging, documentation, and reporting. Monitor warranty, licensing, and service agreements. Generate periodic reports on asset status, depreciation, and lifecycle forecasting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.1–2 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or IT asset management (ITAM). Strong understanding of asset lifecycle and inventory processes. Experience with asset management tools (Service Now, Manage Engine, SAP, Oracle, or similar). Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with reporting dashboards.
