About the Role FEDIS is looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our presence across Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and You Tube. You will create engaging content, manage communities, and support lead generation for our digital solutions and services. What You’ll DoBuild weekly/monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and product priorities. Create short-form videos (Reels/Tik Tok/Shorts) and simple designs using Cap Cut and Canva. Write clear and engaging captions (AR/EN) with strong hooks and CTAs. Schedule and publish content across platforms using Meta Business Suite, Tik Tok Business Center, Linked In, and You Tube Studio. Respond to messages and comments, escalate issues, and support reputation management. Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, CTR, leads) and share weekly and monthly reports. Coordinate with the ads team on paid campaigns and creative needs. Collaborate with influencers and partners when needed. Continuously test and optimize content based on data. What We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in social media or content creation (tech/digital field is a plus). Strong copywriting in Arabic & English. Video editing (Cap Cut) + basic design (Canva). Hands-on experience with social media management tools. Creative, fast, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
