NOK Human Capital is hiring on behalf of a leading regional healthcare marketing and medical communications group that partners with top global pharmaceutical brands to deliver impactful scientific content, innovative medical education programs, and strategic HCP engagement initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and review scientific content for HCPs (Emailers, Detail Aids, MOA visuals, infographics)• Translate complex clinical data into clear, accurate, and engaging healthcare communication• Ensure full scientific integrity and compliance (MLR/ABPI standards)• Support medical affairs teams in medical education and KOL engagement projects• Work cross-functionally with creative, digital, and brand strategy teams• Mentor junior writers and stay updated on therapeutic area research trends
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or Medicine.• 3–5 years of experience in medical writing / medical affairs / medico-marketing• Strong ability to simplify complex scientific concepts for HCP audiences• Excellent English writing, research, and content structuring skills• Strong attention to detail & project management skills
