About the Role:Join our team as a Tier I Technical Advisor and provide first-level support for our products and services. You’ll assist customers with troubleshooting, setup, and basic technical issues while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues. Guide customers through troubleshooting steps. Escalate complex cases to Tier II support.???? What we offer:???? Up to 21K gross????
