Qualifications Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including the ability to understand market trends and property valuation. Strong Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs. Proven expertise in Sales and experience achieving sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and meet deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.
