Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Duty Manager role based in Alexandria. The Duty Manager will oversee day-to-day hospital operations to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of care for patients. Responsibilities include managing operational workflows, addressing patient or staff concerns, monitoring compliance with policies and procedures, and coordinating with various departments to ensure efficiency. The role requires prompt decision-making, effective communication, and leadership abilities to ensure an optimal patient and staff experience.
Qualifications Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to ensure efficient hospital operations Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills for managing staff and addressing patient concerns Ability to oversee compliance with healthcare policies and standards Proficiency in healthcare management systems and relevant reporting tools Knowledge of healthcare industry protocols, procedures, and regulations Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus) Prior experience in a managerial role within the healthcare sector is preferred Fluency in both English and Arabic is advantageous
