You'll handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing solutions and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires flexibility for rotational shifts (mornings, evenings, nights, weekends). Key Responsibilities:Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally. Document interactions accurately. Maintain strong product knowledge. Adhere to company policies and procedures. What We're Looking For:Fluent English speaker (verbal & written).
