Job Description:As a Sales Agent at Pera Travel, your primary focus will be sales—nothing else. We are not looking for customer service representatives, operations staff, or ticketing agents. Your role will be to sell travel packages, meet sales targets, and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:Sell travel packages, flights, and hotels to potential clients. Achieve and exceed KPIs and sales targets consistently. Quote customers on holiday packages and convert inquiries into bookings. Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat clients to drive repeat business and referrals. Use your outgoing personality and persuasive skills to engage customers and close deals. Stay updated on the latest travel trends and destinations to offer expert recommendations. Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where performance is rewarded.
Requirements:Proven experience in sales (preferably in travel, but other industries are welcome). Experience in the travel industry sector within the UAE or UAE travel agency experience is highly preferred. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets. Confident, chatty, and outgoing personality—someone who thrives on engaging with people. Exceptional persuasion and negotiation skills.
