Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for a Senior Property Consultant. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their property needs, providing tailored consulting services, and negotiating contracts and sales agreements. The Senior Property Consultant will oversee end-to-end real estate transactions, maintain long-term client relationships, and support the team in achieving sales objectives and business growth.
Qualifications
Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise, including the ability to analyze property requirements and market trends Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and build trust with potential clients Proven Sales skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets in the real estate sector Ability to work effectively in a team and a fast-paced environment Proficiency in negotiation and closing deals with attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred Knowledge of the local real estate market in Egypt Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
