Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Advisor based in New Cairo. The Property Advisor will assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties. Responsibilities include managing property listings, providing sound investment advice, conducting property viewings, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additionally, the successful candidate will coordinate with internal teams to address client concerns and deliver tailored solutions effectively.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs. Knowledge of Property Management and Investments to provide accurate advice and manage property-related transactions. Basic understanding of Finance to assist clients in evaluating property affordability and investment returns. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate professional ethics and commitment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but fresh graduates with a passion for real estate are encouraged to apply. Willingness to work on-site in New Cairo and a proactive attitude towards learning and growth.
