As our Real Estate Broker you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients. You will be responsible for helping clients buy and sell properties based on their requirements and budgets.
This is a full-time, on-site position at our office in Maadi. Your daily responsibilities include property tours, negotiating sales agreements, lead generation, outreach, monitoring market trends, staying updated on new property listings, and working closely with clients to achieve their real estate objectives.
You should be detail oriented, organized, and able to build strong relationships. A keen interest in real estate and a good understanding of the Cairo real estate market is required.
Salary: 10,000 EGP + commission Location: Maadi (onsite)
Qualifications Possess a valid Real Estate License Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field2+ years of experience as a real estate broker or agent. English Proficiency B2+In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market in Cairo. Strong understanding of Real Estate and Real Property concepts. Excellent Sales and Customer Service skills Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities: Facilitate the buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties for clients. Conduct market research to identify property values, trends, and opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals. Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers, sellers, and third parties. Prepare and review necessary documentation for real estate transactions. Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Utilize digital marketing and online platforms to promote property listings. Stay updated on industry developments and participate in ongoing professional development.
