About the Role We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, including mass hiring, to support and enhance our end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top talent while ensuring an efficient and candidate-friendly recruitment experience. You will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to meet organizational hiring needs.
Duties & Responsibilities• Candidate Sourcing Use job boards, Linked In, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified talent. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume positions. Apply advanced sourcing strategies such as Boolean search.• Resume Screening Review CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates. Shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, and cultural fit.• Interviews & Coordination Conduct phone screenings and structured interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely follow-ups. Manage interview schedules effectively during mass hiring campaigns.• Candidate Assessment Administer and evaluate skills assessments and tests. Ensure assessment results are accurately recorded and communicated.• Reference Checks Conduct reference checks to validate previous employment and performance.• Applicant Tracking Maintain accurate and updated records in the ATS. Ensure proper documentation at every stage of the hiring process.• Job Offer Process Assist in preparing offer letters and coordinating compensation discussions. Support the pre-onboarding workflow.• Recruitment Metrics & Reporting Track and report key recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and conversion rates. Analyze data to improve hiring efficiency, especially for mass hiring.• Employer Branding Create engaging job posts to attract top talent. Support employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, including mass hiring. Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and full-cycle recruitment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with ATS systems and HR software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Understanding of employment laws and compliance. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity. Preferred Qualifications Experience in high-volume or fast-paced recruitment. Knowledge of behavioral or competency-based interviewing. Familiarity with social media hiring and Boolean search techniques.
