Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will engage with clients to understand their needs, promote products, and close sales deals. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, generating leads, meeting sales targets, and delivering product training when needed. The individual will also collaborate with the sales team to manage accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and maintain client satisfaction Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and foster business growth Ability to provide Training on products and services to ensure client understanding and ease of use Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities Excellent organizational and time management skills Prior experience in the kitchen equipment or hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree.
