Role Description The Business Solutions Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. The role entails leading and managing a team to deliver strategic business solutions effectively. Responsibilities include overseeing projects, ensuring excellent customer service, analyzing key processes, coordinating with clients, and fostering team collaboration. The Team Lead will play a pivotal role in driving team performance, achieving business goals, and ensuring successful outcomes for client partnerships.
Responsibilities: Lead a team of Business Solutions Specialists, Zoho Developers, and Solution Consultants, providing daily guidance and task supervision. Oversee the configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement of Zoho One applications (CRM, Books, Projects, People, Desk, Analytics, Creator, Flow, Campaigns). Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, translate them into system solutions, and align workflows with operational needs. Manage and prioritize the application enhancement backlog, ensuring timely delivery of new features, automations, integrations, and fixes. Ensure system governance, role-based access, and data integrity across all business platforms. Support cross-platform integration initiatives using APIs, Zoho Flow, and third-party connectors. Coordinate with IT, operations, finance, and HR teams to ensure business applications meet ongoing operational requirements. Conduct reviews of existing processes and recommend opportunities for automation and digital optimization. Provide oversight and quality control on documentation, configuration standards, testing, and deployment processes. Train and support end-users on new features, updates, and best practices within Zoho and connected systems. Assist in evaluating new business apps or modules to expand capabilities and improve business processes. Monitor system usage, adoption, and performance metrics to ensure value realization.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience working with business systems, Saa S platforms, or digital transformation roles. Hands-on experience with Zoho One (CRM, Books, People, Desk, Projects, Analytics, Creator, Flow). Experience with similar ecosystems such as Odoo, Freshworks, Microsoft Dynamics, Creatio, Salesforce, or other business automation suites. Knowledge of API integrations, data models, automation workflows, and Saa S application management.
Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in Zoho One applications and custom development using Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting. Experience with workflow automation tools (Zoho Flow or equivalent). Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and third-party connectors. Familiarity with SQL, data analytics, reporting dashboards (Zoho Analytics, Power BI). Knowledge of cloud Saa S architecture, security principles, and data governance.
