Job Description Operations Manager is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of all Company Fleet, ensuring operational efficiency & Equipment safety, and ensuring the Company's operational KPI’s are achieved. Key Responsibilities and Duties1. Oversee the daily operations of the heavy equipment.2. Manage and coordinate the daily Equipment requirements for production with the production staff3. Review daily the down equipment repairs progression with the Maintenance staff4. Evaluate the current operators' skills and replace the unqualified staff 5. Tracking Operators KPI’s like (equipment productivity, Fuel consumption, tire consumption, etc.…)6. Interviews & select the new Operators7. Plan & conduct a refreshment training for operation staff.8. Tracking the utilization of machinery to ensure it’s being used efficiently and cost-effectively.9. Coordinating logistics for moving equipment between job sites and ensuring that equipment is serviced when required.10. Managing the scheduling of maintenance activities to minimize disruption to operations Education: BSC in Mechanical Engineer KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS1- Have a strong experience in equipment operations (From 12-15 Years) and a sufficient background in HME maintenance.2- Strong leadership & communication.3- Knowledge of operational systems & efficiency
