???? Key Responsibilities:Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and standards across all project activities. Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and safety audits. Monitor implementation of safety procedures for rail and monorail operations. Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions. Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for site staff. Prepare and submit HSE reports, statistics, and documentation. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives on all HSE matters. Ensure compliance with local laws, international standards, and TÜV NORD policies.
???? Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).5+ years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in railway or large infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, OSHA, and Egyptian HSE regulations. Previous experience in monorail, metro, or railway projects is highly preferred. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Ability to work under pressure and within fast-paced project environments. High level of integrity, responsibility, and safety awareness.
