We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter with experience in talent acquisition within the Food & Beverage and Pastry sector. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various operational, culinary, and managerial roles.
Location: 3rd Settlement
Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for all F&B and pastry-related positions. Source qualified talent for roles such as chefs, pastry chefs, commis, baristas, service staff, supervisors, outlet managers, production staff, and back-of-house support. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Ensure all candidates have a positive and professional recruitment experience. Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate records. Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility in the market.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3–5 years of experience in recruitment, within the F&B, bakery, or pastry industry. Strong understanding of F&B job roles, skill sets, and operational needs. Proven experience in sourcing hard-to-find culinary and pastry talent. Experience with professional sourcing tools (Linked In, social media).
