Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Senior Financial Advisory and Consulting (Real Estate) position involves providing financial planning and advisory services tailored to real estate projects. Daily responsibilities include conducting financial analyses, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and offering strategic guidance to clients. The role also requires effective communication with stakeholders to support decision-making and foster long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities • Conduct primary and secondary research• Source information from public sources, industry and paid-research databases• Conduct market analysis, identify demand & supply gaps, and opportunity identification• Prepare business plans, business valuations, financial feasibilities, financial due diligence,information memorandums and other similar documents as per requirements• Prepare financial models to forecast financial statements and market trends• Give business valuations, recommendations on project financing, and other financialanalysis as per project requirements• Conduct in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods• Author reports containing actionable recommendations on Trading comps, Transactioncomps, Industry analysis, Thematic Studies etc.• Make presentations - answering questions and instilling confidence• Make strategic recommendations (e.g., market entry strategies, product/pricing mix,market sizing, etc.)• Train, mentor and guide junior analysts and trainees on the Senior Analyst's areas ofexpertise
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields from a well-reputed institution, or ACCA certification.• Candidates actively pursuing CFA charter will be preferred• 3-5 of experience in Advisory / Corporate Finance.• Proven experience of managing corporate finance / advisory mandates on an end-to-endbasis Prior experience in real estate finance or corporate finance is an advantage• Strong analytical and conceptual skills encompassing finance and investment• Hands on experience with financial modelling (creating spreadsheets and using advancedformulas)• Proficient in MS Office and strong presentation skills• Excellent communications skills (both written and oral English)• Should be confident, hardworking, result oriented and a good team player
