Job Location: October, Giza, Egypt
Job Description:• Handle mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work across the CKD plant.• Review equipment layouts and utility needs for production lines.• Prepare technical drawings, load calculations, and BOQs.• Inspect MEP installations during construction and renovation.• Track preventive and corrective maintenance for all MEP systems.• Monitor HVAC, compressed air, fire fighting, water supply, and drainage systems.• Verify contractor work quality and compliance with standards.• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Safety, and Projects teams.• Identify risks that impact plant utilities and suggest solutions.• Support energy efficiency projects across the facility.• Prepare reports on system performance and improvement plans.
Job Requirements:• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.• 3 to 7 years in MEP work in manufacturing or industrial plants.• Proficiency in MS Office, Auto CAD, and Revit.• Strong communication and coordination abilities across departments.• Hands-on experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
