Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo for an Airline Ticket Reservation Employee. The role involves assisting clients with airline ticket bookings, providing exceptional customer service, and managing reservations efficiently. Responsibilities include handling booking systems, ensuring accurate ticketing processes, and addressing customer queries regarding flights, policies, and itineraries.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively assist and interact with clients Familiarity with Airlines and Aviation industry practices and processes Sales expertise to promote services and handle client inquiries proficiently Proficiency in reservation systems and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively handle high-pressure situations Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Previous experience in ticket reservation or the travel industry is preferred
