Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Director located in Cairo. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for leading HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment regulations, and overseeing performance management processes. The individual will collaborate closely with leadership to support organizational goals, foster a positive work environment, and drive employee engagement and development.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) functions, including workforce planning and talent management Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and ability to develop and implement effective organizational guidelines Proven skills in managing Employee Relations and resolving workplace issues professionally Solid understanding of Performance Management processes, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms Thorough knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance with legal regulations Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources, with proven leadership experience in a similar role
