Marketing Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, manage campaigns, and drive brand growth across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, creative, and capable of managing both strategy and execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social, content, PR…).
Plan and manage advertising campaigns, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
Build and lead the marketing team (internal or agency).
Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and creative assets.
Analyze insights, market trends, and competitor data to optimize performance.
Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure aligned objectives.
Manage brand identity, digital presence, and customer engagement.
REQUIREMENTS
3–5+ years of experience in marketing management or similar roles.
Strong understanding of digital advertising (Meta, Google, Tik Tok…); branding; and content strategy.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
Experience working with agencies or managing in-house teams.
