Partner – Sales (SMB) | Egypt Experience: 6–10 years Industry Preference: Hospitality Tech, OTA or Hotels
Role Overview We are looking for a Partner – Sales to lead SMB client acquisition and manage the full sales cycle in the Egypt market. The ideal candidate comes from the hospitality ecosystem and has a strong track record of closing deals, onboarding partners, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities Acquire and onboard SMB partners across the hospitality sector. Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiation, contracting, and activation. Build strong relationships with hotel decision-makers and industry partners. Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline; meet quarterly targets. Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to internal teams. Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting.
Required Experience & Skills6–10 years in sales or business development (Hospitality Tech, OTA, or Hotels). Strong understanding of hotel operations, distribution, or hospitality systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven history of achieving sales targets and managing SMB clients. Self-driven, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
