Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for an Office Furniture Sales professional. The role involves engaging with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored office furniture solutions. Responsibilities include building relationships with customers, preparing sales presentations, maintaining detailed client records, processing orders, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage sales-related tasks effectively and efficiently. Strong Customer Service skills, ensuring a positive and professional experience for each client. Basic understanding of Accounting principles to handle pricing, invoices, and sales documentation. Problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently. Prior sales experience in furniture or related industries is an advantage. Proficiency in using CRM software and other office tools is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
