Role Description The Senior Property Consultant will play a key role in advising and assisting clients with their real estate needs while driving sales and revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, preparing property evaluations, and negotiating sales or rental agreements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt.
Qualifications Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise in guiding clients through buying, selling, or renting property. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to foster trust and provide exceptional client experiences. Demonstrated Sales skills, including the ability to meet or exceed targets and close deals effectively. Proficiency in market research and the ability to provide insights for informed decision-making. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools is an advantage. A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
