The ideal candidate must be analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of achieving strong ROI through strategic ad placements. Key Responsibilities:Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Tik Tok, and You Tube. Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS). Conduct market research to identify target audiences and competitive benchmarks. Allocate budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns run smoothly. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Coordinate with the content and design teams to ensure ads align with brand guidelines. A/B test creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies. Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and platform updates. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Media Buyer or Digital Marketing Specialist. Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (required). Strong analytical and reporting skills. Good understanding of audience segmentation and campaign optimization. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work on-site full time in Heliopolis, Cairo.
