Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and executing sales strategies. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, presenting product solutions, achieving sales targets, and assisting in training colleagues. The role also requires effective communication and collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs Proven expertise in Sales and Training to achieve sales goals and share knowledge with team members Exp. At least 1 year in Cosmetic products and Skin Care Experience in Sales Management and the ability to devise strategies to meet targets and grow the business Exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work well in an on-site team environment Previous experience in the skincare, haircare, or beauty industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
