Role Description – Real Estate Sales Team Leader (Real Estate) Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Monitor team performance daily (KPIs, calls, meetings, closings). Develop sales strategies to attract new clients and increase closing rates. Train, coach, and support new and existing sales agents. Manage pipelines and ensure proper CRM updates and lead follow-ups. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure lead quality and resolve challenges. Handle key clients and solve customer issues to maintain high satisfaction. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management. Qualifications – Real Estate Sales Team Leader3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 2 years as a Team Leader. Strong leadership and team-management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management. Target-driven with strong closing skills. Ability to train, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Good command of English. Strong understanding of the real estate market and current projects.
