Whether you’re a graduate, still studying, or have left university, if you communicate well and enjoy helping others, this opportunity is for you. You will respond to customer inquiries across chat, phone, and email while representing one of the region’s leading fintech companies. Compensation Package Basic Salary: 15,000 EGP (gross) KPI Bonus: Up to 10,500 EGP (gross) Transportation Allowance: 230 EGP per working day (around 4,600–5,000 EGP monthly) Total Monthly Potential: Up to 25,000 EGPPerformance Incentives After 3 months (probation): 50% of basic salary After 6 months: Additional 50% of basic salary After 1 year: 100% of basic salary, and the same incentive continues every 6 months Career Growth & Development With Tabby hiring nearly 150 new agents weekly, there are rapid opportunities for advancement, internal transfers, and skill development.
