Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accurate financial records. Manage accounts payable and receivable; oversee invoicing, collections, and payments. Handle monthly bank and account reconciliations. Support external audits and coordinate with tax advisors for filings. Monitor and control company expenses and identify areas for cost savings. Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Provide financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in a similar accounting role. Odoo ERP experience is mandatory. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, local tax regulations, and reporting standards. Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and other financial tools. Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
