Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Cairo. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs and developing personalized care plans focused on rehabilitation and holistic recovery. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care while educating patients and their families to facilitate long-term recovery and improve quality of life. Key Responsibilities:Assessment & Planning: Assess patient conditions and develop personalized, evidence-based care plans tailored to individual rehabilitation needs. Therapy Execution: Conduct daily therapy sessions and implement rehabilitation techniques to aid physical and functional recovery. Monitoring: Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Collaboration: Work effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams (physicians, nurses, therapists) to ensure cohesive patient care. Education: Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation strategies, exercises, and home-care techniques to support recovery.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Medicine is required. A Master’s degree or higher is a plus. Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in healthcare, physical therapy, or rehabilitation settings. Technical Skills:Proficiency in Rehabilitation and Inpatient Care practices. Expertise in Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy techniques. Strong knowledge of medical principles related to patient care and recovery. Licensure: Relevant certifications or valid licensure in rehabilitation, occupational therapy, or physical therapy. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues. Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to create tailored treatment plans that adapt to the specific and changing needs of individual patients.
