We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative with experience in the Australian market to join our sales team. This role focuses on selling AI Receptionist solutions to restaurants and other hospitality businesses. Shift: Australian hours – 11 PM to 8 AM (KSA time)???? Key Responsibilities:Generate and qualify leads in the Australian market. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to prospective clients. Present and demonstrate AI Receptionist solutions effectively to restaurant owners and decision-makers. Manage the sales pipeline and update all interactions in Hub Spot CRM. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve outreach strategies.???? Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Australian market. Hub Spot CRM experience is mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus. Ability to work independently and meet targets in a night shift environment. Goal-oriented, proactive, and persistent.
