Role Description We are looking for a Graduate Program Coordinator to lead and coordinate our company’s graduate development program. The person will manage all operational, logistical, and administrative aspects of the program — from recruitment and onboarding to training, monitoring, and graduation.
•Core Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR , or related field.0–2 years of experience. Previous experience is a plus. Strong English proficiency. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience using Linked In and basic social media platforms. Ability to collaborate with Marketing Specialist. Creative and visionary mindset. Additional Recommended Qualifications Basic understanding of HR or training programs. Familiarity with CRM, Excel, or data-tracking tools. Ability to work with Share Point / Power Apps or digital forms. Presentation and reporting skills. Strong time management.
