Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Officer based in El Sheikh Zayed. The Collections Officer will be responsible for managing outstanding accounts, following up with clients to ensure timely payments, and developing payment plans when necessary. The role requires maintaining accurate records of transactions, handling customer inquiries, and analyzing account information to identify discrepancies or issues. Ensuring compliance with policies and assisting in financial reporting will also be key aspects of this role. Qualifications
Debt Collection skills and experience in effectively managing overdue accounts Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and resolve discrepancies Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients Basic knowledge or experience in Finance to understand financial processes Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve account issues Proficiency in using financial software or CRM systems is a plus Relevant educational background in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
