Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer, located in Cairo or 10th of Ramadan area. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales, providing technical support, and promoting Shell's oils and lubricants . The role involves conducting technical product demonstrations, understanding customers' needs, and ensuring satisfaction through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Educational background in Engineering degree mechanical or chemical or a related technical field1-5 years of experience in Sales Engineering and Previous experience in lubricants and oils is an advantage Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service processes to engage clients and foster long-term relationships Strong Technical Support skills to address client needs and provide effective solutions Excellent Communication skills for presenting solutions and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders Highly organized with problem-solving abilities and attention to detai
