Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a SAP - FICO Support Consultant based in Cairo, Egypt. The selected candidate will provide technical and functional support for SAP FICO modules, ensuring seamless operations and resolution of any identified issues. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to analyze their financial and controlling requirements, troubleshooting issues, addressing user queries, and configuring system setups in line with business needs. The role also involves ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining technical documentation, with opportunities to work remotely for some responsibilities.
Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve system and financial process issues At least 2 years of experience with minimum 1 end-to-end implementation. Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a high standard of service delivery Technical Support expertise in SAP FICO modules and related solutions Consulting skills to interact with clients, gather requirements, and propose tailored solutions Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field Relevant SAP certifications and experience working within hybrid work environments are advantageous
