Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Strategic Management Instructor. The instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering strategic management courses, creating engaging learning materials, conducting training sessions, assessing students' performance, and providing feedback to promote their professional growth. The role requires collaboration with other educators to ensure educational programs align with market trends and industry standards, fostering the development of future business leaders.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate business strategies and interpret complex data trends Strong Communication skills to effectively convey concepts and foster an collaborative learning environment Experience in delivering Training and educational sessions to diverse audiences Competence in Management Development and related instructional methods Proven ability in providing excellent Customer Service to address learners' needs and questions Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Ph. D./MBA is a strong advantage) Prior experience in teaching or working in international business environments is highly desirable
