Responsibilities 1. Conduct annual and periodic training needs assessments (TNA) in coordination with HR and Department Heads.2. Analyze performance gaps and translate them into training priorities for branches, HQ3. Develop and update the annual training plan and calendar based on TNA and business priorities.4. Assist in preparing and monitoring the training budget.5. Design and develop engaging training content, manuals, and presentations for soft skills, technical, and onboarding programs.6. Customize training materials based on target audience (officers, supervisors, managers, etc.)7. Deliver induction sessions and behavioral/technical training internally or through qualified trainers.8. Coordinate external training providers and ensure quality of delivery.9. Analyze training effectiveness and impact on performance through reports and KPIs.10. Utilize LMS or design simple e-learning modules using tools like Power Point, Articulate, or other platforms.11. Support career development plans, succession readiness, and talent pools with targeted learning initiatives.12. Coach line managers on how to support learning in their teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Professional HR or training certification is a plus (e.g., TOT, CIPD, SHRM). 3–5 years of experience in learning & development or training, preferably in the financial or microfinance sector. Proven experience in conducting TNA, delivering training, and managing training operations. Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required. Strong presentation and facilitation skills Instructional design and adult learning techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Project management and planning Analytical and report writing abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Power Point and Excel)
