Club Control Manager

  • Act on behalf of the Club’s Deputy Manager or Club Manager in their absence
  • Prepare and periodically review the department’s work distribution and shift plan to ensure it is updated in line with operational needs
  • Clearly explain and communicate current and new club regulations to staff and members in a transparent and flexible manner.
  • Ensure adherence to approved work plans and follow up on their effective implementation.
  • Submit daily reports to management regarding members’ needs based on direct interactions with members and internal observations.
  • Provide assistance to members and respond to their inquiries to ensure the highest level of member satisfaction.
  • Handle member issues objectively and work to resolve them in a manner consistent with club regulations.
  • Continuously provide the team with all relevant information to enable prompt responses to member inquiries.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure that any negative observations or safety-related concerns are promptly addressed or resolved and escalate member-related issues or suggestions to the responsible manager.
  • Submit recommendations to the direct manager to adjust work plans or systems in line with member requirements, contributing to service improvement.
  • Guide the team on how to assist members in cases of complaints or requests, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution.
  • Conduct supervisory rounds throughout the club, provide feedback to the Club Manager or Deputy Manager, direct staff to address identified issues, and ensure smooth operations and consistent service delivery across all social and sports activities.
  • Oversee and ensure the security and safety of events and activities held within the club.
  • Manage and respond appropriately to any emergencies or potential threats within the club.
  • Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.
