- Monitor and evaluate current production processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
- Ensure production processes meet safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for process-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality, and production.
- Participate in new equipment installation, commissioning, and validation.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff.
Bachelor’s degree in Production, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and process simulation tools.Experience with SAP or Lean Manufacturing tools is an advantage.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
