- Supervise site engineers and ensure compliance with technical specifications and project schedules.
- Monitor and oversee interior and exterior finishing works.
- Prepare detailed construction reports and submit them to management.
- Ensure all construction work is completed according to approved designs and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants or clients for project handover.
- Monitor and control construction activities to ensure adherence to the project budget.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (mandatory).3–4 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in interior and exterior finishing works.Strong supervision and project coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
