We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a big appetite to learn, to join SEOUDI’s Marketing in-house team and help us develop and support digital transformation strategies for the grocery industry diverse categories and products. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing performance marketing campaigns for diverse objectives of business with a big focus on new customer acquisition. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in advertising management skills, campaign and data analysis as well as Technical/Media tools implementations.
- Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and optimize all digital acquisition activities (for mobile app and website) using ads platforms including SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns, affiliate marketing, email Marketing, etc.
- Work on budget allocations /Media Plans to reach maximum KPI keeping the CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) at the optimum level.
- Work closely with the E-Commerce team internally on setting the overall year KPI of NCA (New Customer Acquisition) and measure Month-over-month achievements VS overall all KPIs.
- Set the customers' clusters with the Data analyst to design retention and acquisition offerings.
- Set and track the cohorts and goals on Google Analytics 4 ensuring all is implemented and ensuring low discrepancy rates.
- Monitor and track SEO strategies with Developers and SEO specialist ensuring all recommendations are implemented and analyze data to ensure enhancements and impact on the customer experience as well as ranking in the E-commerce and grocery retail industry.
- Manage communication with multiple vendors and third-party trackers to achieve acquisition objectives.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROAS, ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Plan and create a small-scale A-B test campaign to optimize campaign and creative performance better.
- Suggest new digital channels that have the potential to increase new user numbers in an efficient way.
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in any related field with a strong quantitative background.Proven working experience in digital marketing (Min 3 years), and extensive experience in managing in-house digital performance marketing at e-commerce retail industry.Highly proficient in using digital ads platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok and Email marketing Have experience in managing Ad Networks for acquisition campaigns.Have a well understanding of organic acquisition such as App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).Experience in setting up platform integration (for mobile app and website) with third parties (ex-Google, Facebook, Kochava, Appsflyer) for campaign set-up and tracking purposes.Creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage consumers the most.Have a good understanding of mobile attribution tools (e.g. Appsflyer and Kochava).Have a good understanding and usage of Personalization and engagement marketing AI Generative tools (e.g. CleverTap and MoEngage).Understand the basics of mobile app install fraud methods and its monitoring tool (e.g Appsflyer Protect 360).Have an extensive understanding of Google Analytics.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements.Being able to generate meaningful reports using tools such as Google Data Studio.Experience in handling programming ad, buying would be a plus.
