Production Manager

Job Description

  • Planning and organizing production schedules.
  • Participate in the monthly meeting and provide input on production-rated capacity against demand, as well as provide cost flexibility for production team.
  • Develop and execute master production schedule (MPS) based on business demands.
  • Set and achieve KPIs based on organization objectives.
  • Report required data to the General Manager on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, including data display and analytical data.
  • Maximize the efficiency of the production crew, equipment, and techniques to complete various projects on time.
  • Analyze the direct cost hour with cost accountant section and work on reducing it.
  • Control high-volume manufacturing
  • Develop and monitor cost-cutting projects to lower manufacturing expenses by changing production procedures to reduce material waste and minimum stock.
  • Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
  • Connect design and engineering departments through a production team to improve the process with new modifications and save operational costs.
  • Determining quality control standards.
  • Overseeing production processes.
  • Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials.
  • Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
  • Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff.
  • Supervising and managing the work of juniors and seniors staff
    organizing relevant training sessions.

BA in Mechanical Engineering.Experience from 3:5 years at least as a Production Manager.Lean green belt & lean manufacturing is required.Excellent project management skills.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.People oriented.
