The Delivery Supervisor will be responsible for managing the Home Delivery Team of 8 ~ 10 delivery boys and ensuring we deliver as per our motto of LAHLOOB – “in 10 minutes” every time. Responsible for the timely delivery as per the SOPs of myGINNE and quality of customer service and Retailer support. The role will involve day-to-day monitoring the operations of the Delivery boys and administrative controls of the Delivery Team. Maintaining a clear daily tracker and assisting the RM and Management in scaling up the team based on volumes of orders. Training the team on customer service and all other aspects of delivery is also part of Delivery Supervisor role.
Past experience of managing Delivery Team is must (2-3 years).FMCG experience is preferred (e-commerce / online business experience is a +).Supervisory Skills, Operations Management, and Analytical Skills.Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Experience in logistics or delivery operations is a plus.Strong problem-solving abilities.Bachelor's degree.
